Rosie and Sunshine (Sunny) are a bonded pair who must be adopted
together. They were born a few weeks apart and have always been together. They
came to rescue because their owner had to move to a place that does not allow
pets.
Rosie is overweight by about 3-4 pounds, so it's a good thing she likes to go
for walks. She listens well and loves to snuggle. She will play with toys, and
even bring them back to you. She gets along great with the other dachshunds in
her foster home and big dogs she meets outside. She is curious about the cat
and will bark at the cat but that's about it.
Sunny will bark at you if she does not know you but two minutes later is your
best friend. She is as sweet and cuddly as Rosie. She also loves walks and also
listens to her name.
We were clearing up urinary tract infections in both the first of April, but
they should be ready to go to anew home sometime in mid-April. They are the
best and sweetest girls, heart breakers, and they love attention. They did not
do well when we attempted to separate them, so we feel it's best that they go
