Are you looking for a walking companion? Well look no further, because
I'm your girl! I know it doesn't look like it, but I love taking long walks
with my foster mom. In fact, we go twice a day! Well foster mom calls them
walks, they're actually jogs for me, and I love every minute. Foster mom also
has me on something called a "diet" and that's no fun at all. But I do
understand that it's necessary, and I feel much better now that I'm losing
weight! When I'm not walking, I enjoy exploring the backyard or snoozing in
foster Moms recliner – which I have claimed as my own. How dare she try to sit
in it! But then I just grumble a little and let her sit with me – it's kind of
nice having someone to snuggle with and scratch my ears. There's some other
dogs in the household which is a new experience for me. But they're all nice,
and we don't bother each other. My foster parents don't have cats, but have
been told that I don't mind them either. I've had all my shots, and have a
clean bill of health. I'm also housetrained – when I need to go out, I'll go to
the door and stand there. If no one sees me then I'll scratch at the door. My
foster parents work regular work hours during the day, and I have no problem
waiting to potty when they get home. I don't mind getting a bath (as long as
you use warm water), and having my nails trimmed. In fact … I'm pretty
easy-going in general! The vet did say that I'm losing weight, but I still need
to lose more (the nerve of her!) So my foster parents are working hard with me
to get the weight off. Pebbles is in a foster home in the N.W. Florida
